Coastline Catering, headquartered in Shallotte, NC, is owned and operated by Jerome Walker and daughter Fallon. Jerome Walker has been in the restaurant and catering business in the Holden Beach area for 29 years and also owns Jerome’s Steak and Seafood in Shallotte, NC. (You may remember Jerome from The Seafood Barn at Holden Beach from the ‘80’s and 90’s. If you were ever there late enough or for your birthday, you may have witnessed his entry from the kitchen, when he took off the apron long enough to pick up a the saxophone and play a song or two.)
Coastline Catering is well known for its catering service in and around Brunswick County. Jerome and his staff have catered hundreds of weddings, family reunions and celebrations of all sorts in the beach communities of Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, Holden Beach, Oak Island. They service beach towns in the area also: Shallotte, Calabash, Southport, Leland, Bolivia and frequently venture as far north as Wilmington, south to North Myrtle Beach and inland to Whiteville for events of all sizes.
